Where to place
Choose the recommended area for this FrequenCell and keep placement consistent for at least 48 hours before changing.
Place the cell directly on the affected joint.
For the upper body, place at the 7th vertebra. Active zones: upper body, arms, shoulders, head.
For the torso, place in the center of the chest, just below the rib margin. Active zones: chest, abdomen.
